WATERBOY 4HRSS Helical Rotor Solar Pump offers an even broader range of pumping capacity compared to the smaller systems. To achieve this we use a bigger motor and controller, as such the 4HRSS only fits into 4 inch or larger bores and requires a minimum 400 Watts at 48VDC. Maximum pumping capacity is obtained with 680 Watts 72V delivering 52 liters per minute at 10 meters of lift and 22 liters per minute at 50 meters.

WATERBOY 4HRSS-H Helical Rotor Solar Pump offers a larger range of pumping capacity compared to the smaller systems. To achieve this we use a bigger motor and controller, as such the 4HRSS-H only fits into 4 inch or larger bores and requires a minimum 680 Watts at 72VDC. Maximum pumping capacity is obtained with 1000 Watts 110V delivering 44 liters per minute at 50 meters of lift and 36 liters per minute at 80 meters.

WATERBOY 4CSS Centrifugal solar pumps utilize impeller stages to accelerate water in order to pump. Characteristically, they can generate greater flow at low levels of lift than helical rotor solar pumps at the same amount of input power. To power these high flow wet ends we use a bigger motor and controller, as such the 4CSS fits into 4 inch or larger bores and requires a minimum 700 Watts at 110VDC. Maximum pumping capacity is obtained with 2000 Watts/110V producing 260 liters per minute at 10 meters of lift and 26 liters per minute at 90 meters.

Some solar pumps may not provide sufficient flow during all conditions, especially in unusually cloudy weather or if sufficient storage is not available.
The Power Pack will power the pump to its full capacity. With some systems, it will produce a greater flow rate than you will see with solar power.
Power Packs allow the pump to be powered by an AC generator or commercial utility power grid fed. The solar array remains connected. If the sun comes out, less power is drawn from the AC source. When the generator stops or runs out of fuel the pump automatically returns to solar power when the sunshine is sufficient, no manual switching is required.

All are housed in water resistant PVC or aluminum boxes and are fitted with Solar MC and 240V leads.
